He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Landsberger Bailey; his children, Joseph W. Bailey of East Palestine and Jeri Lynn Colucy (James) of Bolingbrook, IL; his sister-in-law Susan Bailey; his granddaughter Nicola Reynolds (Tyler); his great grandchild Ruskin Reynolds; and his nephews, David and Jeff Bailey.
