He was predeceased by: his parents, Lary Capehart and Rose Plummer Capehart. He is survived by: his sister Jodi Capehart of Niles; and his close friends, Jim, Katrina Cartwright of New Springfield, Rube, Brenda Ginder of East Palestine, Tim and Carol Cope of East Palestine.
