James Cozza Obituary
East Palestine-
James T. "Buffy" Cozza, 64, a lifelong resident of East Palestine, passed away November 6, 2021 at his residence following a brief illness.
Buffy was born November 10, 1956, in Salem, OH, son of Arthur and Marion Maple Cozza.
He was a truck driver for many years driving for not only his father, but various other trucking companies. He managed to visit every state in his truck except Hawaii and Alaska. Buffy was an avid racing fan, most especially anything that raced on dirt. He also enjoyed his Harley and was a lifelong rider.
Buffy is survived by three sons, Mason (Faith) Cozza, Sage Cozza and Jake Cozza; two daughters, Jami Cozza and Johnna Cozza; five brothers, Richard, John, Randy (Lisa), Robert and Dan Cozza; three sisters, Dixie Cozza, Debbi (Charles) Murray, Vicki (Allen) Gorby all of East Palestine and six granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by his father, Art Cozza, April 10, 2021.
A memorial service will be held 5:00 PM Wednesday, NOVEMBER 17, 2021, at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
