She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Smith and Betty Smith; her husband William "Bill" Cochran; and her son William Cochran Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Cochran (Tammy) of East Palestine, Samuel Cochran of King, Hazel Jean Cochran of Pinnacle and Sara Wimmers (Thomas) of King. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
Hazel Lee Cochran, 83, went home to be with her heavenly Father on July 24, 2023, at St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center in Columbiana, Ohio where she had been a resident.
