He was predeceased by: his father George A. Bollinger, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Carol Reesh Bollinger of East Palestine; his daughter Christene Bollinger of California; his granddaughter Lulaine; and his siblings, Jim Bollinger of Negley and Judy Nichols of Cartersville, GA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
