With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank A. Felger Sr. of East Palestine, Ohio, who passed away on February 4, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer F. Felger and Glenna McGath Felger; and his siblings, John Felger and Sherry Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Frank Felger, Jr. (Jessica) of East Palestine, Stefanie Roush of East Palestine and Lance Felger (Cass Hutchison) of East Palestine; his grandchildren, Maggie, Noah, Layne, Eric, Anthony and Nathan; his siblings, Dwaine Felger of Denton, TX and Elaine Weaver of Negley; his fiancée Ruth Perkins of Columbiana; his fiancée's children, Don and Kristy Pedicini; and also, Garon and Marlie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
