She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Liberatore and Anna Marie Liberatore (Svedok); her former husband John W. Rager; her husband Carmen B. Chick; her son James Rager; and her brother Frank Liberatore.
She is survived by: her sons, John Rager (Connie) of East Palestine, Bill Chick (Patty) of East Palestine and Carmen A. Chick (Casey) of Salem; and her grandchildren, Misty Kalcevic, Christopher Calhoun, Corey, David, Daniel, Bruno, Carmen "Mario" and Sam Chick. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
