She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Russell and Gertrude Tams Russell; her son Gary Ludwig; and her brother Wayne Russell. She is survived by: her husband Charles Ludwig; her children, Linda Rupert of Mineral, VA and William Ludwig (Heather) of East Palestine; her daughter-in-law Linda Ludwig; and her grandchildren, Mark Ludwig (Olga), Brian Ludwig (Annie), Jessica Ludwig, Brad Ludwig (Erin), Emma Ludwig, Tara Blum, Kevin Ludwig, Tim Rupert (Vicky) and Mike Rupert (Amy). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
