He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hulton and Wilma Welch Hulton; his son-in-law Mike McCarthy; and his brother-in-law Jack Wolfe. He is survived by: his wife Mary Joanne Ward Mackall; his children, Kathy McCarthy of East Palestine, Julie Young (James) of East Palestine, Karen Gorby (Rick) of East Palestine, Susan McCullough (Robert) of East Palestine, Mary Beth DiCello (Anthony) of East Palestine and Kevin Mackall (Rae Ann) of Kernersville, NC; and his sisters, Janet Wolfe of East Palestine and Jean Bathrick (Charles) of Dresden. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren.
