He was predeceased by: his parent Howard Klinger; his sons, Wendell Klinger and Kevin Klinger; his brothers, George Klinger and Marvin Klinger; and his grandson Nicholas Lowery.
He is survived by: his parent Mildred Bickel Klinger; his wife Evalyn Stanley Klinger; his children, Rocky Klinger (Bev) of Three Rivers, MI, Mike Smith (Melissa) of East Palestine, Debra Klinger (Martha) of Denver, CO, Pam Faulk (Mark) of Claypool, IN, Karen Ihnen (Pat) of Silver, Penny Miller of Warren, OH and Holly Pratt of Warsaw, IN; his brother Bill Klinger (Debbie) of Seymore, IN; and his sister-in-law Martha Klinger of Warsaw, IN.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren.
DeWayne H. Klinger, 82, of East Palestine, passed away December 5, 2018 at the St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center in Columbiana.
