He was predeceased by: his father John Dyke; and also Robert Holtom. He is survived by: his daughter Micayla Holtom of East Palestine; his siblings, Wayne Holtom of Columbiana, Brian Holtom of Dublin and Joni Devereaux of Lancaster, OH; his mother Norma Holtom of Lancaster, OH; his close friend Terry Jackson; and his former wife Cheryl Holtom.
