He is survived by: his wife Carol Cunningham Cavanaugh; his children, Terri Cavanaugh of Florida, Brian Cavanaugh (Melissa Elbert) of East Palestine and Jennifer Mercier (David) of Michigan; his mother Audry Gibbons; his half-sisters, Kimmy Huffman and Kelly Marmuth; and his grandchildren, Chandler Felger and Mia Orr.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home (644 E Main St, East Palestine, OH 44413). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at the Crest Haven Memorial Gardens (6086 OH-7, New Waterford, OH 44445).
