She is survived by: her sons, Ronald James Hazen (Jessica) of Cortland and Michael David Hazen (Melissa) of Lake City, FL; and her siblings, William, Gary, Bruce Webb, Brenda Bast, Janice Low, Candace Wasson and Shelly Dawson.
