He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Mona Faye Fletcher Scott, Sr.; and his sisters, Phyllis Staats and Dorothy Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mae Fersch Scott; his stepchildren, Marie Ann Houston (Robert Patrick III) of Poland and Raymond Michael Perorazio, Jr. (Erica) of Madeira Beach, Florida.; and his stepgrandchildren, Robert Patrick Houston IV, Raymond Michael Perorazio III, Ryan Vincent Houston, Ethan Kenyon, Jacob and Jeremy Kenyon.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in care of the Oakland Free Methodist Church, 506 Wedgewood Street, East Liverpool, Ohio 43920. The family requests that contributions be made to the Oakland Free Methodist Church.
