It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Bartram of East Liverpool, Ohio, born in Wellsville, Ohio, who passed away on July 11, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy O. Spencer and Daisy Johnson Spencer; her husband Robert D. Bartram; her grandson Ryan M. Bartram; and her sisters, Rhonda Spencer and Lela Mason.

She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Norman (James) of Columbiana. She is also survived by four grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
