He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elliott and Pauline Purinton Elliott; and his siblings, Delores Vernaccini, James Elliott and Charles Elliott.
He is survived by: his daughters, Liane Gorby (Rob) of East Liverpool and April Kelly (Ryan) of East Liverpool; his grandchildren, Daniel V. Elliott of Wilmington, James V. Elliott (Lynzie) of East Liverpool, Haydon, Landon, Jaymie, Daniel V. II, Lillian and Stevie; and his great grandchildren, Knox, Rebel and Krew.
