He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Gulutz; his sons, Justin Gulutz of East Liverpool, Vincent Gulutz (Denise) of East Liverpool and Liam E. Gulutz; his sisters, Thelma Jean Hall of Bradenton and Gina L. Gulutz of East Liverpool; his niece Robin Gulutz Argeros (John); and also Sharon Moore Smith of Texas.
