It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Delposen of East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollie C. Pinkerton and Daisy Belle Pinkerton (Gamble); her siblings, Rebecca M. Ferguson, Hollie V., Donald G., Thomas R. and David E. Pinkerton; and her sons-in-law, William A. Franson and William J. "Bill" Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Janice S. Mundy (John) of Lisbon, Maria Kay Franson of Clearfield, PA, Tammy L. Hale (Steve) of New Stanton, PA and Kenneth E. Delposen (Terri) of Calcutta; her grandchildren, Heidi Davis, Steven Hale (Mel), Lindsay Johnson (Tyson), Megan Shappee (Nick), Tiffany Reuss (Adam), Kenzie Delposen and Madisyn Hale; her great grandchildren, Kenley Hale, Evie Hale, Grady Johnson, Eliza Johnson, Gabriella Reuss, Gunner Shappee and Emmett Reuss; her sister Martha E. Williams of Virginia; and the father of her children Kenneth L. Delposen of Calcutta. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
