He was predeceased by: his father Earl William "Buster" Moffett II. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Davis Moffett of East Liverpool; his children, Brandon Moffett (Cristen) of Wellsville, Ryan Moffett of East Palestine and Chelsea Moffett of Salem; his grandchildren, Janae and Jamie Moffett; and his sisters, Amy Sonntog (Randy) of Lisbon and Stacey Armstrong (Will) of Georgia.
