She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Vaughn and Ella Mae "Ellie" Vaughn (Hendershot); and her sister Nancy Silverthorn. She is survived by: her husband Ed Croxall; her sons, Jason Croxall (Mimi) of East Liverpool and Eric Croxall (Jodie) of East Liverpool; her grandchildren, Christopher John Croxall (Morgan Rogers) of Rogers, OH, Paxton Mena (Eric) of Wheeling, WV, Cailynn Shields of Rogers and Alex Tambellini of East Liverpool; her sister Penni Rambo (Jerry) of East Liverpool; and her brother-in-law Richard Silverthorn of Toronto. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed in memory of Sandy to Beechwood Free Methodist Church, 1029 Rubicon Street, East Liverpool, OH 43920.
