We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2024, at the age of 91, Rudy Frank (East Liverpool, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Frank and Lauretta Fava Frank; his wife Angeline M. Pugliano Frank; and his siblings, Nancy DeSarro, Mary Vallera, Anthony "Tony" Frank, Dominic "Junior" Frank and Vincent Frank.
He is survived by: his sons, Judge Dominic A. Frank and Rudy Frank (Pamela) of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Lt. Commander Dominic R. Frank (Karye), Lance Frank (Camila), Samuel M. Frank, Jayce C. Frank, Stuart B. Austin (Mandi) and Neely M. Pessin; his great grandchildren, Lux Angelina Frank, Giovanni Frank, Camila Angeline Frank, Lance Frank, Jr., Taylor O'Lynn and Autumn O'Lynn; and also Hoi Wah Yu. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
