She was predeceased by: her mother Katherine Mae Haught; her husband Joe Carson; her close friend Emerson Frye; and her siblings, Shirley Kindler, Danny Haught (Robert Parsons) and Cody Carson.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Phillips of Salem, Jenny Carson of Leetonia, Jessica Carson of Chester and Joe Carson, Jr. (Amy) of King George, Virginia.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Dawson Family Center (220 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920).
