He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hutchin and Lillian Walker Hutchin; and his stepdaughter Brenda J. Twyford. He is survived by: his wife Janice C. Smith Twyford Hutchin; his children, Ronda Jean Nicolian of New Jersey, Anthony W. Hutchin of Wasilla and Charles W. Hutchin of Grants Pass, Oregon; and his stepson Mark F. Twyford of East Liverpool.
