It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Thompson (East Liverpool, Ohio), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Thompson, and Harriet F. Thompson, Sr. (Johansen); his wife Darla R. Thompson (Dunmyre); his siblings, Harriet Lazarus, Walter J. Thompson, Jr., William R. Thompson and Kenneth R. Thompson; and his brother-in-law Robert Lewis.
He is survived by: his sister Barbara Lewis; his granddaughter Sara Katona; his great grandchildren, Christopher Katona and Serenity Krotzer; and his siblings-in-law, Deanne Thompson, Laurette Thompson and Bud Lazarus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
