With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Cooper (East Liverpool, Ohio), born in New Cumberland, West Virginia, who passed away on October 6, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Cooper and Iccie S. Cooper (Barber); his wife Helen Cooper (Streets); his daughter Tammy M. Cooper; his grandson Brian "B. J." Little; and his siblings, John H. Cooper and Patricia Kyle.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki West (Den), Marsha Cooper, John Cooper (Mary Jo Buckle) and David Cooper; his friend Tom Sobel; and his close friend Sarge. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
