She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kimes and Margaret Williams Kimes; and her sisters, Charlotte "Sue" Reed and Joanne Corsello. She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Downard; her sons, Richard Downard (Shirley) of Toronto and Ronald Downard (Debbie) of Elkton; and her grandchildren, Terri Lynn Davis (Dan), Amber K. Ginger, Michael E. Downard (Alayna), Diane Watson (Matthew), Erin Downard and Joshua Downard (Mandi). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
