Pat Chema Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pat Chema of East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace McCormack Chema and Stephen T. Chema. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Jane Chema Datsko, Thomas V. Chema and John Richard Chema; and his daughter Tanya Jeneanne. He is also survived by her two sons, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pat's memory may be made to the Rockne Athletic Fund at the University of Notre Dame or to Hospice of the Valley.
