She was predeceased by: her parents, Blake E. Boyd and Kerene K. Overholt Boyd; her former husband R. Keith Miller; and her grandchildren, Emily Ann West and Stephen Michael Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Kiger; her children, Abbie Milner (Bob) of New Cumberland, Clark Miller (Lynn) of East Liverpool and Craig Miller (Mary) of Canfield; and her grandchildren, T. Blake West (Rebekah), Amanda Tinken (Travis), Chris Miller, Aaron West, Craig Miller (Ashley) and Derick West (Zaeda).
