It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Lee Winters (East Liverpool, Ohio), who passed away on August 28, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Edgar "Frenchy" and Florence Rosanne Gessford (Rhoades); her former husband Harry Howard McLaughlin; and her sons, Michael A. McLaughlin and Matthew Winters.
She is survived by: her significant other Albert Winters; her brother Robert L. Gessford; her granddaughter Annie Rose McLaughlin; her son-in-law Roderick "Rick" Perkins; her children, Harry Winters (Susan), Jeffrey McLaughlin (Amy) and Nancy Lee Perkins; her brothers, Kenneth Gessford (Vicki) and James Gessford (Fern); her sister-in-law Joann Gessford; her grandchildren, Nicholas Turkaly, Heather Murphy (Adam), Kayla Capito (Chase), Whitney Logan (Jacob), Matthew McLaughlin (Alisha) and Katelyn McLaughlin; her great grandchildren, Noah, Isaac, Addison, Aiden Murphy, Conor Capito, Levi Logan, Kennedy, Trey, Taylor McLaughlin, Kayleigh and Caydence Wright; and also, Mary and John Watson.
