She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Milby and Ethel Wilson Milby; and her husband Frank James Butler. She is survived by: her sons, Frank R. "Duke" Butler (Jody) of Bedford and David J. Butler (Julie) of East Liverpool; her grandchildren, Jada Ramsay (Nick) of Columbus, Ohio, Ryan Butler of Columbus and Adam Butler (Megan) of East Liverpool, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Asher Ramsay, Rhett Butler and Mack Butler.
