Balser; and her siblings, Mary Lee Ludwig (Lesley) of East Liverpool, Michelle Miller (Jason) of Pittsburgh, Traci Davis (Bret) of East Liverpool, Billie Jo Smith (Rob) of East Liverpool, Mitchell White (Cheryl) of Missouri and Benjamin White (Candi) of East Liverpool.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at the Spring Grove Cemetery.
