He is survived by: his children, Matt Stipec III (Rhonda) of New Manchester, Tim Stipec (Kim) of Chester and Suzanne Hoppel (Brandon) of East Liverpool; his grandchildren, Eric Stipec (Nikki), Craig Stipec (Briana), Matthew Stipec IV, Jacob Stipec (Taylor), Megan Stipec (Luke McMaster), Vince Hoppel and Nick Hoppel; and his great grandchildren, Tucker, Lyra and Grant Stipec.
