She is survived by: her children, Richard Hazelet (Pegi), Robert Hazelet (Mary Beth) and Lori Butcher (Kenny); her daughter-in-law Diana Hazelet; and her sister Janet Neville (Harold). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
