She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry C. Forbes and Laura R. Forbes (Cooper); and her brothers, William Forbes and Dale Forbes. She is survived by: her son Terry Jarvis (Mary) of East Liverpool; her granddaughters, Brenda Stacey (David) of East Liverpool and Paula Beverly (Jim) of Lake Tomahawk; her great grandchildren, Sutton Stacey, Terran Stacey and Cameron Beverly; and her sister-in-law Mary Jarvis of Taft, CA. She is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
