She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Webber and Gladys Webber (White); her husband John T. Lacey; her son Thomas Lacey; and her siblings, Ida Carol Webber Lee and Warren Roger Webber.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Lacey of East Liverpool, Lydia Kraft (Thomas) of East Liverpool, Linda Lacey of Pittsburgh, PA and Diana Lacey of Ravenna, OH; her grandchildren, Thomas "Buddy" Lacey, Jr. (Devon) of Newell, John Kraft (Molly) of Lisbon, Gary Crabtree, Jr. (Marcie) of Wellsville, Kandice Kraft of East Liverpool, Michael Wisniewski (Katie) of Pittsburgh, PA and Brandon Beagle of Ravenna, OH; and her sister Sue Paynter of Pittsburgh, PA.. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; one great grandchild.
