She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald G. Jones and Bonnie Jean Clark Jones; her husband Robert Farnsworth; and her brothers, Dean Jones, Dennis Jones and Kenneth Jones.

She is survived by: her daughter Michelle E. Rose (Rick) of East Liverpool, Ohio; and her grandsons, Logan C. Joy and Nathan R. Joy.
