She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Lyon; her husband Billy Gene Addis; and her brother Harry Dale Lyon. She is survived by: her daughters, Renee Harris of East Liverpool and Lisa Atkins (Mike) of Gaffney; her grandchildren, Derrick Farnsworth, Tyler Atkins (Holly), Matthew Atkins (Emily), Lucas Varnavore of Gaffney, Taylor Harris, Abigail Harris and Sarah Harris of East Liverpool, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Kolton Farnsworth, Alexander Atkins, Adley Atkins, Olivia King of Gaffney, Brayden Harris, Kohen Harris and River Harris of East Liverpool, Ohio; and her siblings, Kenneth Lyon (Sheila), Daniel Lyon (Cindy) of East Liverpool, Ohio, Gloria Wyke (John) and Joyce Wagner (Calvin) of East Liverpool. She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.
