He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Ray and Bessie Ola Yoho Rice; his former wife Lucinda Kay "Cindy" Treleven; his wife Brenda May Gillespie; his siblings, Karen Rice and Dwayne Rice; his brothers-in-law, Jim Treleven and Dan Brunle; and his parents-in-law, Gayle Treleven, Raymond "Bud" Treleven and Mildred Gillespie.
He is survived by: his children, Abigayle Lee, Andrew Tyler and Abi Buchheit (Gregory) of East Liverpool; his grandchildren, Andrew Rice (Sydney Tray) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania., Wyatt Gregory Buchheit and Evelyn Lee Buchheit; his father-in-law Jim Gillespie; his siblings-in-law, Bev Rice, Jackie Brunle, Susie Reed (Bill), Jim Gillespie (Sharon) and Tim Gillespie (Joy); and his nieces and nephews, Tim, Lori, Kelly of Sean, BJ, Melissa, Brendan, Mikey, Jason, Shannon, Jessica, Michelle, Cody, Joel and Justin.
The family requests memorial donations be made in Lee's name to Emmanuel Presbyterian Church at 767 Park Boulevard, East Liverpool, Ohio 43920.
