He is survived by: his close friend Tiffany Swartz; his parents, Kevin Green, Sr. (Sara) of East Liverpool and Roxie Simms (Bill) of East Liverpool; his siblings, Lillian Green of East Liverpool, Jacob Green of Montana and Drake Simms of East Liverpool; and his grandparents, Ralph and Dee Mattern. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
