It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith Clutter of East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett L. Clutter and F. Ivy Lawton Clutter; and his siblings, Margie Veness, Joyce Clayton and Wayne Clutter.
He is survived by: his wife Vicky L. Cranston Clutter; his children, Christy Clutter of East Liverpool, Kelly Clutter of East Liverpool and Jeffrey Clutter (Robin) of East Liverpool; and his grandchildren, Ashley Clutter, Seth Steele, Jessica Walker (Patrick), Alexis Steele, Kaylee Fisher (Jerry), Alivia Trevor, Ivy Clutter and Shane Trevor.
