He was predeceased by: his parents, John Brice and Catherine Shaffer Brice. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline L. Brice; his daughters, Kate Martin (Ben Martin) and Emily Heitz (Andy); his grandchildren, Ellie and Emma Martin; and his siblings, Jack Brice (Rose), Kathy Weinschenk (Bob), Maureen McBride, Rosemary Eastman, Eileen Warner (Todd) and Margo Brice.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dawson Family Center (220 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920).
