With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jay B. Votaw of East Liverpool, Ohio, born in Wabash, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 29, 2024 at the age of 78. Votaw; his children, Trent Votaw (Erin) and Trisha Dooley (Michael); his grandchildren, Lucas Votaw, Benjamin Votaw, Camdyn Dooley and Graeme Dooley; and his brother Jeff Votaw (Ann).
