She was predeceased by: her parents, John Everhart and Geraldine Ward Everhart; and her husband Donald "Jeff" Chambers. She is survived by: her sons, David A. Conley of Wellsville and Kevin P. Conley (Barbara) of East Palestine; her grandson Paul M. Conley (Jenna); and her great grandchild Cooper James Conley.
