He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Ann Pukylo (John) and Terri Jane Landis; his grandchildren, Nicole, Courtney, Abbey and James; his great grandchildren, Bailee, Gavin, Brooke and Charli; his sister Carole Eddy; and his nieces, Janet and Suzy.
