He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Handy and Edith Mae Blake Handy; and his brothers, Thomas Handy and Eugene Handy. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Ward of Malvern, Ledia Twyford (Christopher) of Wellsville, Shane Handy (Diane) of New Cumberland and Shawn Handy (Anna) of Guilford Lake; his siblings, Shirley Grund, Richard Handy and Ronnie Handy; and his close friends, Sheila Swiatek, Bob and Jen Cyphers. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
