He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Cornell and Ruth Butcher Henry (Cornell); and his brother Richard Cornell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hanlon; his children, Jim Cornell of Grants and Chris Cornell of Fairbanks, Alaska; his grandchildren, Jimmy Cornell (Sandra), Kameron Cornell, Katlin Cornell and Ryan Cornell; his great grandchildren, Aron and Bryson Cornell; his sisters, Linda Cotch (Jim), Helen Conley (Keith) and Barbara Thompson; and his sister-in-law Michelle Cornell.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial donations in Jim's name be made to: Wellsville First Christian Church.
