He is survived by: his close friend Sondra Powell (Jones); his children, Wendy Fields (Lonnie) of Salineville, Chuckie Powell (Teresa Hawk) of Wellsville and Stacey Powell (Alice) of Franfort, Maine; and his grandchildren, Jocelyn Ray (Chris), Kaylyn Manley (Lacey Murphy), Dr. William Bauer (Amanda), Cierra Powell, Dakota Powell, Amber Daniels, Joshua Powell (Maria), Jacob Powell (Meg) and Ben Powell. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
