He is survived by: his daughters, Nickie Lisk (James) of East Liverpool and Mary Jo Davis (Michael) of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Lauren Lisk of East Liverpool, James Lisk of East Liverpool, Victoria Mathews of Virginia and Donny Mathews of Columbus; and his great grandchildren, Daminyka Lisk, Brynne Powell, Kenzie Minto, Mavis Minto and Reese Minto.
