He was predeceased by: his mother Ellen A. Clark; his grandparents, Eliza and Thomas Clark; his aunt Dolores "Dee" Hendricks; and his wife Nancy Jean Hickman Clark.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Zieschang (Chris) of Florida and Ellen Clark (Nathan Howe) of East Liverpool; his grandchildren, Jamie Martin II, Zachary Martin (Rebecca), Tiffany Young (Randy) and Konnor McCoy (Trevor Gump); and his great grandchildren, Colby Young, Cooper Young, Hayden Martin and Harper Martin.
