She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Goode and Reba Goode (Sansom); her husband William Edward Adkins; her son David Adkins; and her grandson Jonathan Adkins.
She is survived by: her son Allen Adkins (Kathy); her grandchildren, Erin Grayson (Tony), Nate Adkins, Joel Adkins (Amanda) and Michael Adkins; her great grandchildren, Deleno Suarez, Zane Adkins, Aiden Grayson, Corinne Grayson, Madison Adkins, Caleb Grayson, Avery Adkins, Noah Adkins and Oliver Adkins; her great great grandchild Ezra Suarez; and her siblings, Alma Paden (Don), Bobbi Mays (Joe), Denzil Goode and Carroll Goode (Jill).
